Message	post a screen shot of the crank? I use Pro/Engineer (Now called Creo 2.0) at work. While it is a powerful software (I use it's FEA, Mechanica and CETOL), it is such a frustrating, non-userfriendly program. When I had my engine apart I did think the rod bearings looked a bit narrow but I didn't think nothing of it. I had no idea they were a weak point of our engines. I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!"
